the drummer and guitarist of the aforementioned powerhouse band coupled with
members of previous bands such as the Trust Fund Babies, The Shrinks, the
Widgets, Eddie Machete & The Hacks, the Mopps, the Puritans, the Undefeated
and Surrender Dorothy. The songs on this CD are high-energy punk ROCK N ROLL blasts
that feature great vocals that sound like Rob Younger (RADIO BIRDMAN) coupled

RADIO REELERS – RUNNIN’ OUT 7”
After a great debut single and two full lengths under their belt, SFs
RADIO REELERS are back with a brand new 3 song 7”. After failed attempts with
the Spites, Trust Fund Babies and the Shrinks, They have finally got it right!
Their previous single (Zaxxon Virile Action) and 2 x LPs (Radio Blast + Dead
Beat Records) have accumulated a slew of great reviews and has gained enough
momentum for the mugs to head over to Europe for a month. This record was
actually pressed specifically for the tour so the songs are hot off the
presses. The RADIO REELERS produce a super energetic sound by combining
mid-tempo, super catchy chord progressions combined with great (well good)
dualling vocals. Imagine the Devil Dogs mixed with “All Skrewed Up”-Era

THE WORKIN’ STIFFS – MY GHETTO 7”
Call it the swan song, call it the final chapter, call it what you
will. But what it is, is the last recording from SF’s BEST band of the late
90’s early 2000’s (well along with the Swingin’ Utters. There must be something
about bands that use an apostrophe to shorten a word in their name). Anyways
this 7” has 4 songs that will burn the house down. 1 song (My Ghetto) was
previously released on the Battle for the Airwaves Vol.2 (see RR013) and was
pretty much a unanimous decision as being the best song on the comp. The other
3 songs were recorded in the same recording session and are unreleased and have
gone unheard for nearly 3 years! These songs capture the Stiffs during their
most aggresive period to date. The songs are loud, fast and of course, catchy
as hell. Be sure to put your cup in before you listen to this as your sac will
be split open and your spaghetti strands will be splattered all over the
wall....

THE CADAVERS – 1993-1996 7"
This is a 3 song 7” from this pre-BODIES
band...These songs have an interesting story behind them as I believe they are
destined to be kept from the public...The songs themselves come from 1993 and
were originally released on a 6 song demo tape that the band released
themselves that was limited to a mere 100 copies. Legend has it, that while
surfing, the tapes were left in the trunk of the bands car and most of them
melted in the hot NOR CAL sun. The band broke up before more tapes were made,
so a very limited number of those tapes exist on the planet...Fast forward to
2003 and I had just released this 7” and had a box of 100 in my car to send out
to a distributor. I come out the next morning and my car window is smashed and
along with some other stuff, the box is gone. Bad luck for the theives since
they probably thought there was something good in the box. Imagine their
surprise when they opened up the box and had a stack of CADAVERS 7”s!! Needless
to say, I am sure they ened up in a dumpster somewhere, thus limiting this
thing even more than before....as for the tunes themselves, THE CADAVERS are
basically THE BODIES before we were called THE BODIES. 3 of the 4 members are
the same including the singer. pretty much sounds like lost BODIES songs,
although a little faster, rawer and with female back up vocals...and YES these
songs are different than the 3 on the CADAVERS 7” released last year on NOMA
BEACH RECORDS....Actually the 3 songs on the NOMA BEACH single are the other 3
on the original demo tape......if you like THE BODIES you'll love THE
CADAVERS!!!....Released Aug. 2003...

This was a new band (now-defunct) from SF that will kick your nuts
in. it is THE SHRINKS. After the messy break up of the Trust Fund Babies, the
surviving members quickly re-formed into The Shrinks. 4 great upbeat catchy
straight forward punk rock. Sounds very TFB-ish....Very special hidden track
that the band DID NOT want on the 7”, but I put it on anyways!
