Idle Time Out
If your connection remains in an idle condition for 20 minutes we will disconnect that session. This keeps lines available and avoids busy signals.

Multiple Connections
All accounts are sold on a per user basis. Each account is entitled to be connected one dial up connection to our server at a time. Multiple connections from the same user will be terminated. If you need multiple accounts please call and arrange the addition of another dial-up account.

Length of Connections
During peak periods of usage, our server will disconnect old connections starting with the oldest connection first to maintain open lines for other users. This only occurs when we have less than 10% of our modems lines available. If you require a dedicated connection, please give us a call for pricing.

Mail Storage
All mail is deleted from our mail server after 90 days.
